Skills Sought by Today’s Employers

The American Camp Association (ACA) recently shared a great piece about why attending Summer Camp is important for developing 21st Century Learning in children. The article also explains that the top skills that employers are seeking out in employees are: Oral Communication, Work and Collaboration, Professionalism and Work Ethic, Written Communication, and Critical Thinking and Problem Solving- skills learned and taught in the camp environment!
