Arts & Crafts
Head to the second story of our historic boathouse and explore your creativity! We mix it up with a variety of media; basketry with natural materials, watercolor, knitting with colorful yarn, candles, and simple jewelry making are some examples.
Wind chimes, an animal sculpted from nature, a clay tile imprinted with natural objects–you decide what to make. Pottery classes include hand building and mastering our two brand-new pottery wheels.
There’s something about being outside that makes writing so much more alive. From poetry to short stories, budding writers will be inspired to turn thoughts into words.
Campers in this small class will learn to take better photos with their own cameras. During our photography classes, campers participate in fun activities while practicing composition, lighting, and focus on their subjects. The Northwoods is a beautiful setting to hone these skills!
