Camper Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for your child to attend Clearwater Camp for Girls. Please review the application process and other important information linked below.

Camper Applications for the 2027 season will open to returning Clearwater families on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and for new families on Thursday, October 15, 2026.

How to Apply

Clearwater’s application process consists of several steps that must be completed before your camper is eligible for enrollment. We will review applications on a rolling basis in order of receipt.

Step 1: When the 2027 Application becomes available in CampMinder, you will use the login button that appears below to complete your online application.

Step 2: Complete all of the application questions; applications will not be considered until all questions have been answered and submitted.

Step 3: Read, sign and submit all of the required documents found in your CampMinder account in the “Forms & Documents” section.

Step 4: Provide your non-refundable deposit payment information via eCheck, debit or credit card (there is an additional fee for using a credit card). Deposit payments will be processed at the time of enrollment.

Step 5: This step is required for new-to-Clearwater campers; it is optional for returning campers.  Schedule and attend a Zoom meeting with a member of Clearwater’s Leadership Team.  Both the prospective camper and a parent/guardian must be present. 

Step 6: Once your forms have been completed and signed, your Zoom meeting is completed (if required), and your deposit payment information has been submitted, your application will be considered complete and your camper will be eligible for enrollment. Families will be notified of their enrollment status and deposit payments will be processed within two weeks of their application submission. Acceptance depends on space availability and completion of all the steps listed above. We suggest you apply as soon as you are able, as waitlists form quickly for certain age groups and sessions.
