Camper Application Process

Our 2023 Season application forms will be made available in the Fall. Please use the information below as a guide and check back in late October.

How to Apply

Returning families will be able to submit their camper’s application prior to the general application acceptance date. At this time, we estimate returning families may access and submit applications in late October.  The actual date will be posted here and communicated to returning families when confirmed.

We anticipate accepting applications from new camp families beginning November 15, 2022.  The actual date will be posted here when confirmed.

Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Since space is limited, there are often waitlists for all ages.

Application Process:

A. You update (or complete for new families) your camper’s information in your CampMinder account, provide responses to all Additional Questions, and submit your camper’s application.

B. You mail a deposit check for $1,000 to camp.

C. We will confirm your camper’s application status for 2023. If your camper is not eligible to enroll, we will return your $1,000 deposit.

Any remaining tuition is due by April 15, 2023. In addition, all required forms are due by May 1, 2023. If forms and tuition are not paid by these dates, your camper’s reservation may be canceled.

When two or more children from the same family register, a reduction of $100 is allowed for each full session registration, $75 for each single session registration, and $50 for each two-week session.

Parents are responsible for any additional expenses related to transportation to and from Clearwater Camp (transportation details are available in our Parent Handbook which is updated throughout the year) and personal expenses such as extended trips and camp store purchases. These expenses will be itemized and billed at the end of camp.
