Clearwater Seeks Development and Communications Director

We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing girls and young women and is ready to become a part of our team as the full-time Development and Communications Director. We are seeking someone who will honor our rich history and serve our mission, while helping us adapt and live on to serve campers and their families far into the future. This role will support and sustain Clearwater’s mission and strategic plan through responsibilities that include overseeing and providing strategic direction to support the development, philanthropy and outreach efforts of Clearwater Camp including donor relations. This position is also responsible for our communication and marketing strategies and associated collateral materials.

This management position requires exemplary leadership, professionalism, stamina, strong communication skills and a broad array of business knowledge. A successful incumbent will be adept at thinking both tactically and strategically, and have the ability to serve as a team leader and also team member. This is a year-round position which may require the person to be onsite at our Wisconsin location during the core summer months.
