Thank you for your interest in applying for your child to attend Clearwater Camp for Girls. Please review the application process and other important information linked below.

Our 2024 Season Applications will be available according to this schedule:

Monday, October 16, 2023 at 3 p.m. Central Time

Returning families may apply.

Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 3 p.m. Central Time

Applications become available to all.

How to Apply

Clearwater’s application process consists of several steps that must be completed before your camper is eligible for enrollment. We will review applications on a rolling basis in order of receipt. 

Step 1: Complete the online application by clicking below:

Step 2: Read and sign several documents that will be found in your CampMinder account in the “Forms & Documents” section. Please review the forms here:

Step 3: Provide credit card information for the tuition deposit ($1,000) on the financial page of the application. Your card will not be charged until after the Zoom meeting and all five steps have been completed.

Step 4: Attend a Zoom meeting with camp leadership, a parent/caregiver, and the camper.

Step 5: After the Zoom meeting, we will notify you within two weeks to confirm your camper’s enrollment status.
