Camper Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for your child to attend Clearwater Camp for Girls. Please review the application process and other important information linked below.

Camper Applications for the 2025 season was opened to returning Clearwater families on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, and opened for new families on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

NOTE: As of October 22, 2024, we have a waitlist for all units in both 2025 sessions. All COMPLETED applications are timestamped and will be queued on the waitlist in the order in which they are received. We will notify families of their waitlist status as soon as we can. Families’ summer plans can and often do change in the coming months and openings may become available.

How to Apply

Clearwater’s application process consists of several steps that must be completed before your camper is eligible for enrollment. We will review applications on a rolling basis in order of receipt.

Step 1: Use the login button below to complete your online application.

Step 2: Read and sign all of the required documents found in your CampMinder account in the “Forms & Documents” section.

Step 3: Provide your $1,000 deposit via eCheck, credit card or paper check. The funds will not be transferred until you have received notification that your camper is enrolled (after all steps of the application process have been completed).

Step 4: Schedule and attend a Zoom meeting with a member of Clearwater’s Leadership Team.  Both the prospective camper and a parent/guardian must be present. This step is required for new-to-Clearwater campers; it is optional for returning campers.  

Step 5: Once your Zoom meeting is completed, your forms have been completed and signed, and your deposit payment has been submitted, your application will be considered complete and your camper will be eligible for enrollment. You will then be notified within two weeks of your camper’s enrollment status.

Acceptance depends on space availability and completion of all the steps listed above. We suggest you apply as soon as you are able, as waitlists form quickly for certain age groups and sessions.
